This project included the renovation of 217 guest rooms with new furniture, art, and soft goods, along with new décor for the lobby area and hospitality suites as well. ACI achieved a classic contemporary look in the guest rooms by incorporating Kimball’s Breckenridge collection with two color schemes: one blue and taupe and the other green and taupe. ArtNex of San Diego selected artwork to complement the design.
By creating two new prototypical model units, we enabled the client to shorten the design phase and easily select the most luxurious appointments.
