The remodel of Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital is based on the design concept of Barnyard. The modern Barnyard concept identifies a central hub of interaction for reception, adoption, retail, and grooming as a simple backdrop for a landscape with lots of activity.  Barnyard calls upon the visual of the classic barn for inspiration in structure, material selection, colors, and light fixtures.  The barn form and fencing are referenced in the delineation of spaces between the clinic and the Community Dog Park.  The look of rustic wood, silver metal sheeting, and bold primary colors translate with barnwood tile flooring, youthful colors accented into the light fixtures, and a hint of weathering and texture throughout.
