Merna Moussa

Merna is an architect from Belgium with a drive for growth and exploration. After architectural internships throughout her school years and practicing as an architect in her home of Belgium, she decided to broaden her practice with an internship in the United States. As a participant in a program through the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), Merna is quickly translating her knowledge and methodologies into study and design stateside. Undaunted by challenges, she is motivated to find creative and efficient design solutions.

She is a Graduate of University of Liege (Belgium) with both a Bachelors and Master’s degree in architecture, specializing in the Art of Building Design and Urban Planning. She is a master modeler, proficient in Archicad, Sketchup, Revit, and BIM, taking her renderings to the next level with further proficiency in Lumion and Photoshop. In addition to speaking English, she is a native speaker of Arabic, Chaldean, and French.
