Client: Capital Real Estate Ventures
The 4,200 square foot shell inside of a historic building on PetCo Park-at-the-Park is now home to office spaces for Capital Real Estate Ventures. The history of the building became our inspiration for the design, utilizing existing 100-year-old brick walls and the heavy timber structure in the concept. The design was rounded out with distressed wood floors, weathered wood ceilings, huge cold-rolled steel barn doors with window panes randomized with smoke, bubble, and clear finishes, and custom vintage lighting.
