Client: Poconos Mountain Villa
This picturesque four-season vacation ownership resort with 550 units, 18-hole golf course, zipline, tubing hill, canoeing, and more is now under new management by Exploria Resorts, a long-time client of ours. The resort, now under renovation, will kick up sales in a new 25,000 square foot sales building designed by ACI. Inspiration for the design came from the lodge architecture of the region.
