Client: Seahorse Beach Club & Residences
Seahorse Beach Club & Residences, a luxury fractional resort, rests on a special piece of the Texas Gulf Coast history. One of the breathtakingly scenic Texas barrier islands, Follet’s Island, is actually a peninsula located six miles northeast of the town of Surfside, heading towards Galveston. This design was inspired by “Old Galveston,” with a feeling of “country club meets beach.”
Seahorse homes have an open-air design, maximizing natural sunlight, the Gulf breezes, and the beautiful view of Drum Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Interior design details include open living and gathering spaces, optimal views from every room, luxury appliances, and casually elegant furnishings that are comfortable. Finishes and textiles are in colors drawn from the outdoors, reflecting the beach, sky, and sun. All homes come equipped with private elevators for the consideration of guests and the convenience of transporting gear into the home.
