Jeffrey MacAdam

With over four decades of architectural experience, Jeffrey MacAdam brings a depth of knowledge, insight, and leadership to every project he touches. As a licensed Architect and Senior Project Manager, Jeffrey has guided a wide range of developments from concept through completion, providing comprehensive oversight in all phases of design and construction. His multifaceted skill set includes design development, technical documentation, site analysis, zoning and code compliance, specification writing, rendering, bidding processes, construction supervision, and coordination across disciplines.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has worked on an impressive array of projects across sectors including hospitality, multi-family housing, commercial developments, land planning, custom residential homes, schools, fitness and recreation facilities, warehouses, restaurants, retail centers, and historic restorations. Jeffrey has overseen the completion of more than 20 hotels, 12 retail centers, and 17 restaurants, and more. He has played a key role in multi-unit rollout developments, contributing to the design and delivery of properties for major hospitality brands such as Extended Stay America, Staybridge Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, and SpringHill Suites. Notably, he has also worked on the Historic restoration of the iconic Rotunda Building and the historic Fox Theater in Oakland, CA.

Mr. MacAdam earned his Bachelor of Architecture form University of Texas, Austin. He has lived in Hawaii, England, Texas, California, and now calls Oregon “home.”
