Club Donatello, premier San Francisco luxury vacation ownership hotel, is perched on the top three floors of the Donatello building, blocks from Union Square. Owners turned to ACI for the renovation of the boutique hotel to reimagine all 45 guest rooms and corridors. Inspired by classic Italian elegance with modern convenience, each residence-style room is rich with texture and tone.
Carpeting was custom designed for the Club Donatello corridors and rooms to ensure guests experience elegance from the very first step. The statement headboards with diamond matched wood veneer accentuate the height of the space and are complemented by matching case goods with gold accents. Lux drapery with shimmering sheers, seating with tufting, and bedding with matelassé all bring texture and dimension to the space, while artwork and lighting set them off. In the bathrooms, height is exaggerated again with a floor to ceiling tile application reminiscent of the marbles of a classic Italian palace.
